When you enter your recipe, is there a way to change the serving size after you have saved it? I want to enter the recipe, make the recipe, weigh the total and input that total weight in grams into the number of servings. When I initially saved the recipe, I enter 1 serving, but when I log the recipe, I want to weight the…

Salads
I need to perk up my salads. They taste a little boring. I use lettuce, tomato, cucumber and carrots. What else can I add to make it better? (I don't like mushrooms or onions).

AI has been a game changer for me on my wellness journey. I have used it to create gluten-free vegetarian recipes, high-protein recipes, and low-calorie snacks. It's an amazing tool for dietary restrictions—my sister uses it for her son that has a special diet. One of my favorite things about using it is that I can tell it…

Hacks that reduce calories (and other things)
I don't eat a lot of meat for ethical reasons. Also, the tastiest meat tends to be rather high in calorie here, like pork mince (low fat doesn't exist). For the past two days I made a rice bowl with crisped up pork, lots of spices and my own condiment, plus veg and pickled things. Anyway, the pork mince is super high in…

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo - 365 Calories, 30g Protein - Serves 5
Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo This healthy take on classic chicken alfredo from Eat The Gains uses protein-rich cashews in lieu of the traditional cream for a silky, better-for-you sauce. Recipe Apps/Software that does the math like MFP
Is MFP (My Fitness Pal) the only app that does the math still standing? A recipe app/software should have the following: • A large nutritional database for raw foods (meats, veggies, etc.) and packaged foods (the stuff you buy in cans and boxes and bags at the store) Nutribase had the entire US FDA nutrition database and…

Chickpea Posole Verde - 368 Calories, 30g Protein - Serves 4
Chickpea Posole Verde Active time: 20 minutes Total time: 40 minutes Traditional posole contains hominy, a type of large, puffy corn. Substitute key ingredients
Many of the recipes I use are based on rotisserie chicken. I’d rather use baked boneless skinless white meat to cut the fat and calories. Picking a rotisserie chicken I’m throwing away as much skin as I can but it’s a royal pain. Is there a way to edit the recipes and adjust the macros for boneless/skinless chicken?

How do you figure out the size of the serving for a recipe
I’ve been using the meal planner and it gave me a recipe for two servings( left overs) but it doesn’t say how much one serving is. For example, the recipe calls for 1 cup of cooked rice, which is easy to figure out but the main course doesn’t say how much to eat per serving. And if I add the meal to my daily log, it puts…
