Buckwheat Mushroom Soup
Made this soup tonight and it was great. I used low sodium chicken stock instead of vegetable stock because I had it. It came to 188 calories per 2 cup serving and was very filling. https://simple-veganista.com/mushroom-buckwheat-soup/
