Carnivore Diet?

Hallo Everybody,

I am new to this app. Because of SERIOUS health issues, I can only eat protein and fat. Not even bacon or milk/lactose. Does anybody have interesting recipes to share? I also eed to lose a LOT of weight…Thanks in advance!🌻
