You want to lose belly fat and have a nice flat toned mid section? We see that a lot on this site. Hell, that was my goal for my birthday last year. Dieting." Start living. 🍕
80% whole foods + 20% "soul" foods = Consistency. If you cut out everything you love, you will quit. Ask: What is the one "unhealthy" food you refuse to give up? Tips:Less than 6 hours of sleep spikes "Ghrelin" (your hunger hormone). Sometimes the best workout is just going to bed early! Nutrition & Wellness Coach

Not a question
I too just started ozempic a week ago. However I am allergic to soy and artificial sweeteners so that makes a difference. Without ozempic I lost 7 lbs that was to do with having to change my diet to eliminate soy. I am a true believer that soy is our enemy. I am in the middle of my second week and have lost 6 lbs.

It works, it really works!
So I've never been super overweight but I've also never been super lean. As a 5'4 woman, my weight situation went something like this. At 140 I was thin. At 145 I was good. At 150 I was feeling pudgy. At 155 I was veering into too much fat. Then as I got into my 50s (yup, hormone roller coaster) I crept into the 160s.…
