Help and advice needed with weight loss!!
I’ve been a calorie deficit since August and I’ve lost 21 pounds. I got down to 125 which is just 5 pounds off from my goal weight; however, once I updated my weight in the app it started to add more calories but not enough to where I wouldn’t still be in a deficit. I have since gained two pounds back and I haven’t been…

What do you think of Richard Simmons and his plan?
I love Richard Simmon's committment to help people. I think he is a real go-getter and I love his flamboyance. I think that he is a person who just exudes caring and hope. I loved the Sweatin' to the Oldies DVD (Vol 1) but I think that the Food Mover is less than accurate. I once had the gold food mover, but I could not…

How do I configure MFP to display burned calories?
Is it possible to sync the accurate number of burned calories from Samsung Health? I used MFP several years ago, and it worked great. I started using it again about ten days ago. Up until yesterday, when Samsung Health alerted me that I had exceeded the daily limit by 540 calories, I continued to use MFP without paying…

Just looking for some input on if I'm just impatient or if I should change something. I'm a big boy - about 290lbs and 6 feet tall / 39 years old. From the calculators I've seen, I…

My Wegovy Journey
I started Wegovy back in February of this year and so far I am very pleased. The scale moves at a gradual pace - down 23 lbs - but can see a difference with my body. I have lost 1-1/2” off my hips and 1” on my waist. The most positive thing that I am noticing is with my eating habits. Fruits and salads set better for me in…

Getting Started with Working Out
I'm really getting frustrated with my lack of stamina. I have been meaning to "get around" to a workout program for far too long. I started this morning. I thought I would set the bar low.
