Progress pics!! Do it!!

It’s funny how I feel I haven’t even changed. And I need these photos often. I would highly recommend anyone doing this weight loss adventure to take photos. Even if it feels pointless. I’ve only lost 12kg (26.5lbs) in 12 months. Which is nothing compared to some of you!!!! But I feel it’s my little win. Not sure if the photos show much to you guys. But it does to me… and my advice is to keep taking measurements and photos!!! Hold on guys!! We have all got this xx

Amazing job! Losing 25 lbs is no small feat, especially over a year, which takes real consistency and lifestyle changes.
I didn’t take progress photos until I hit my first goal weight, then decided to lose another 20 and found my sweet spot just a few pounds above that. Now it’s about muscle and body shape. I really wish I had documented the whole process from the start.
