Exercise challenge
I see most of these challenges based on numbers but I’d like to suggest another type challenge. Heck, we eat and drink water each day, let’s do a challenge for our minds and bodies. Ride a bike, walk, row, jog or lift..do it daily, record it and let us know how you did and how you felt before and after.

Fitbit steps not syncing with myfitnesspal
Since November 20, 2025 - when an update was done on myfitnesspal, my Fitbit steps are NOT syncing over. It worked fine until the update. Is anyone else having this issue? I have disconnected the apps from each other and reconnected but still no luck. Any help, suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
