Can I realistically reach my glute/toning goals at home with dumbbells up to 15kg?

How do I increase my daily calorie goal with exercise?
I used to have my diary set so the more exercise I did, the more calories I was allowed - I think it's called an exercise calorie adjustment. I want to do that again, but after trying all the logical settings, I'm not able to find the setting to achieve that. Any clues?

How does MFP determine what an exercise is?
My MFP is synced with Strava (and Coros to Strava). When I look at the exercise that is logged in MFP, it just says "Running (jogging), in place".
