Trying My Fitness Pal
I lost 25 pounds on Weight Watchers but program is too expensive. I’ve used My fitness pal briefly before. Going to try out the free version for now. Need to lose at least another 25+ pounds. Any words of advice for this over 50 gal is greatly appreciated.
