Please guide me on my new journey
I'm starting this all up in my 40s and I'm scared and heck to try again. I need help with my stomach area. I love to go running/walking but I need some exercises I can do on a daily basis that can help me get rid of some of the inches on my sides. Over the last year, my job has made me very stationary and I've gained over…

How do you manage days where you are more hungry?
Today's workout at the gym was intense. I do not trust the calorie burn indicator on the watch and eat the same amount of calories (1600) no matter my physical exercise. However today I feel extra hungry, and I only have 392 calories left for dinner which is in about an hour or so. What advice do yall have? Should I eat…

Workouts and calories
Do you always add exercise that you did that day? I exercise most days and I do daily walks, shouldn't put both of those in my daily diary? Thanks

Adaptive TDEE tracking
Good afternoon, I love this app and it has helped me lose 10 lbs in the last couple months. I am now looking to increase my calorie count but do not want to overshoot my surplus. My suggestion is an adaptive TDEE calculator. It would use the weight logs and calorie logs to calculate what your actual TDEE is based on weekly…

Does anyone use FitnessBlender.com for their workouts?
Hi, wherever you are and whatever time it may be there, I'm a long-time lurker here and wanted to see if anyone else out there also uses FitnessBlender.com for their workouts! I have had an account with them since early 2015 and witnessed their 2 person team grow into what it is today! Admittedly, I don't go there as often…

How do I add steps?
I have an under desk treadmill and my phone doesn’t register the movement as I’m not holding it of course. How do I add steps to my fitness pal app as it’s not picking it up when I add it to the iPhone itself. Thanks

Is anyone else seeing a difference physically, but not on the scale?
Okay so I've been doing really well at eating right, tracking my calories making sure I don't go over my goal of 1500 a day, and doing plenty of exercise. I walk 10,000-20,000 steps a day and Zumba 2-3 times a week and I've started biking for 30 minutes on my non Zumba days. I'm seeing a difference physically. I'm dropping…

Stepper - how do you track it?
So I ordered one of those viral TikTok steppers off Amazon. But I have no idea how to record this in exercise. Putting in "step" either pulls up step aerobics or stair climber. While its a work out, I don't feel like the calorie burn for these is accurate. I don't typically eat my exercise calories, they just become a…

Trying again
Turning 50 this year and need to do something about all this extra weight. I have a hard time tracking consistently - I know all the things I should be doing but actually doing them consistently is hard. I hate when I go to doctor and it says "obese" on the form. I know I eat when stressed and eat when sad and eat when…

Finally sick of being overweight...
Hello, I'm a 34-year-old trans man from Manitoba, Canada, and I took a selfie today after getting a haircut and realized that it wasn't the hair, the acne, or the lack of a shower that was causing me distress. It was the shape of my face. I am 325 lbs and I'm tired of having a double chin. I'm tired of puffy cheeks. I'm…

Not able to loose weight ?
"Despite exercising daily for an hour, adopting intermittent fasting for the past three days, and maintaining a balanced diet with occasional homemade junk food, my weight remains unchanged at 69.70 kilograms. Any insights into why I'm not seeing any weight loss progress?"

Stretching for more flexibility
Hi. I’ve always been a weight lifting person who likes strength training and the way my body feels after a workout. However I have no flexibility. I tried to go to a beginner’s yoga class once and I was so tight and had no balance. I recently started to do the 7 minute stretch exercises that this app recommended for a…

I gained a bunch of weight being bed rest for a few months and finally decided to take my life back in my control! I am down 68 lbs from my highest and certainly on the…
