Hello! I'm not new to this, I've been using MFP for almost 3 years now. I've lost almost 140 lbs in that time frame and have been maintaining within 5 lbs. I log in daily with weight and track all my food. However, I am struggling with exercise and meeting protein goals! I'm looking for people who are struggling as well so we can boost eachother up!! Please no creeps lol 😆

That's awesome! Maintaining is almost harder than losing because of plateaus and not seeing huge improvements quickly. What aspect of exercise are you struggling with?
