What's Your Most Recent NSV
My most recent NSV is taking a selfie with my daughter and seeing dimples again! I have hated how I've looked for so long and I actually don't hate this picture and my dimples are back. Can't remember the last time I saw those, I know it was when a Bush was in office! Even the fact that I was willing to take a selfie is an…

❓❓❓How have I maintained my 110 lb weight loss over 5 years? ❓❓
From 288 lbs to 178 lbs for over 5 years!! I do go up and down within a general 7 lb range, but how did I lose in the first place? Was it EASY? NO WAY was it easy. At that time, I couldn't walk much, but I could still lose!! I am not a healthy eater (Way better than I was though!) and I flatly refused to make any drastic…

Fox's weekly record
I am 52 years old. I was born with multiple hereditary exostoses. Imagine spikes in your muscles and limited mobility in your joints. I have a pretty severe case of it. Arthritis is a side effect. The details are way too long to list. The summery is that my body is always under a constant state of stress. I can't stand for…

Today I walked on my own -Bye bye scooter?
My husband and I both have a severe cold, we both got an earache and a fever overnight and I made an appointment with an urgent care office for Sunday morning. It’s a huge building with modern, long hallways. They have rolling chairs in the lobby, for people who can’t walk very well. I started using these chairs about six…

82 Pounds Down So Far
I didn't quite meet my year end goal. I wanted to reach 100 pounds lost by the end of the year. I actually did meet it, when I was having stomach issues, but only for a few days. I had to make some medicine changes related to tests I had to undergo to diagnose the cause of my stomach issues and gained quite a bit back. Too…

Wanted to make this thread for motivationial purposes more than anything but they don't all have to be super positive! More of what came as a surprise. After 10 years
Hello. of regular exercise, I have reaped many rewards and benefits, but other factors will be part of my new challenges after this journey. I can no longer run as often as I used to, I have to plan other forms of cardio exercise, this will be the challenge. Controlling your diet is essential for any type of weight loss.

Just keep hiking
I've had a list of hikes that I've wanted to do for a long time. I've waited to lose weight, I've waited for friends to get up to the same ability so they could come with me. I waited to come up with more excuses. This year I decided it was enough and June 1st I changed from focusing on the scale and working to get…

2 years of maintenance - 130+ pounds lost

Lady Magenta *Update* I am no longer lonely here, now I feel I belong
I have lost 30 lbs in 75 days. The scale showed 318 lbs today in the morning. I started at 348 in September. :) I don't even know if weight loss is the most important achievement right now. So much has changed. It seems it finally 'clicked', and I am in command of the food I eat. Perhaps I finally understood that food is…

Hi! I am Kim. 41/F/OG Fattie! Seriously though, I have been overweight my entire life. I first recognized it at age 10. Well, that’s when other kids started pointing it out to me, honestly. Fasting Fast
Hi, I usually have issues fasting and withholding from food but I tried it yesterday and it mostly worked. Only cheated when I was studying deeply for an exam and needed a rewarding small piece of cake. Today, not fasting so much but limiting to just a salad with no oil or dressings. Probably gonna come home late and grab…
