I need to find the chart that tells how many calories sugar

I used to have a chart that I could go in and say bananas. It would tell me how many calories the banana was how many calories of cabbage or eggs were where is that?

    MFP has that when you search for a food. Also, you can google certain foods if you want. Here's a USDA website that you can look up foods to get some detailed nutrition facts as well:
