Recipe Search
I have so many recipes entered into My Fitness PAL there are 13plus pages. Some of these recipes are ones I have created myself and need to remind myself of what ingredients and how much of I used. It’s a tedious task to fond recipes particularly when they’re not listed in alphabetical order. It would be great to have a…

Import recipes from cook books
it would be great if you could scan the recipe of a meal from a cook book into the app. This way the app would save the recipe and calculate macros for you! So far it is possible to scan the ingredients and save it to your diary although it doesn’t give you the option to save it as a recipe in ‘My recipes’

I can boil stuff and microwave everything but my fitness pal has been so helpful. I am happy to meet new friends and be apart of their healthy eating journey.

Log meals from the recipe search in the plan tool
You should be able to log meals directly from the recipe search section ('recipes' tab) in the plan tool. Sometimes I want to search for a recipe that's not part of a plan, and log it without having to make a whole new plan to add it to.

Making new recipe creation faster and easier!
When creating a new recipes where you enter the ingredients manually, can you PLEASE have an option to scan barcodes so they can be added so much faster? It is such a pain to add ingredients manually that could so easily be scanned (canned tomatoes, milk, pasta, etc.).

Recipes - Add temp and cooking time to as fields for saved recipes
I’m a premium member and would love to be able to add the temperature and cooking time to my saved recipes. It would be a great time saver as I’d no longer have to go to the original recipe site (book, online, etc) to get that info.

Lactose Intolerant
Hello, for clarification, I am a high school student without a license, so I am not the one doing the shopping. Within the last year I've discovered that I am lactose intolerant, and I don't want to cut everything out entirely because I still enjoy it, but I want to lessen my intake. All of the recipes online have stuff I…

Add search capability to Recipe Discovery
The Recipe Discovery section really needs a search option. If I have a key ingredient in mind, then I shouldn't have to browse through a zillion pictures of recipes to find a match.

Recipe Feature Tweak
I would like to suggest the recipe feature offer alternatives for the total completed recipe. Currently, "servings" is the only option, so a recipe might make 4 servings, but there is no way to know what a "serving" is. Adding "oz, grams, etc" as an option when creating the recipe would make it easier to re-use recipes.…

Search/Sort My Recipes
I have been a member for several years and have many recipes saved in my database. I would love to be able to sort them to make it easier to find a recipe, if I need to edit it or just to see if I've entered that recipe yet. This would save so much time, as now I have to go through all 12 pages of recipes, just to see if…

Improve the food search diary
many restaurants and food companies (at least in Canada) have their nutrition or at least their calories per serving publicly available, MFP should be able to tap into that to populate the food diary ALSO, if someone is creating a new food and it doesn’t have any macro information, that should just be in their own personal…

Check the accuracy of ingredients or publicly available recipes and meals
Too many items clearly do not have all the information (macros) are they are widely inaccurate (sometimes the info for 100g is listed as for 1g for example) Please could you weed out your system from all the junk and maybe have someone check recipes and meals made public before they go in the wild?
