I'm new to this counting macros and I need help. I'm meal prepping the sheet pan chicken with cauliflower and olives under the recipes and it says it serves 4. How do I adjust it to 1 serving in my diary? Also how do I know how much 1 serving is??? 😫 thank you for your help.

How much should I eat before morning lift?
I normally lift in the afternoon/evening but need to switch it for vacation. I've struggled with morning lifts before feeling weak. If I eat a 300 calorie breakfast, how long should I wait to lift? 1.5 hour? Do I need more or less? (I'm 101 lbs)
