My Recipes search enhancements

I was recently trying to find a recipe for something I had made previously but wasn't able to find it. Over the years I've added a lot of recipes in Fitnesspal - 31 pages of them when I look on the website! - and trying to find them is NOT easy.

I think it would be helpful if the recipes I added in Fitnesspal could be searched for a specific ingredient - e.g. the one that made that particular dish unique, which isn't necessarily going to be the name of the recipie.

Also having a sort-order by date (recent to oldest) - either created or last modified - would be helpful, too.

Thanks for the suggestion on being able to search for recipes! As far as sorting, you can do this when going through the food logging process within the Diary.

On the Web

-The sort options are located to the top right of the food list tabs. Click "Default" to change the option to "By name."

iPhone, iPad and Android apps

-In our most recent version, while following the add food flow, click the bubble on the right (will most likely show Most Recent) to view your sorting options.

sorting is not an issue. Searching for a recipe by food type ie smoothie recipes or by ingredients ie recipes with rotisserie chicken

Agreed - I want to be able to search for a recipe to see if I've already added it. This is so needed!

This is an issue that I also have. I would like to be able to search "My Recipes" for specific ingredients.
