5kg weight lost in 35 days

Hello MFPs,
I am happy to tell everyone that I lost 5kg in 35 days. Approximately 1.1kg per week.
I did this my eating clean and controlling my portions.
Next mini goal is to lost 4kg in one more month.
This community is excellent

Well done! That's awesome :) I don't think I've ever lost that much weight, that quickly! hopefully this month is the month!

Safe if you have a lot to lose. if you only have 10-15 kg's to lose, 1/week isn't "safe" if you don't want a larger portion of the loss coming from muscle, not just fat

Yikes. hopefully mostly water weight from lower carb intake, or you have 200+ lbs to lose

I have total 20KG to lose, My starting weight was 92kg, I am targeting 72kg but I am doing in steps. First the foremost I want to loss 10kg. I lost 5KG and then 5KG more to go.
As I read that 1KG/Week lost is a safe lost.

The most I could lose at my current weight is 45kg according to BMI. It's usually no more than 1kg a week or 1 percent of your total body weight. It sounds like you need to do the second one.
