Step 1.
Weigh myself (even if it hurts!) and update my details.
Log food every day (honestly).
Get to Gym for the 3 days I have committed to.
Next Monday… Review and update.

I had a reality check in the mirror the other day and I am working on getting myself refocused and not letting anything stray me off course. The last two times I have been in this situation I was on a roll and then had back surgery, second time was covid lock down and big life changes regarding my dad. I can't let emotions or tough times be an excuse to eat badly when I was doing so well. Tired of pain, and not feeling attractive!
We all got this and have to start somewhere!!!!
