Over 70 here and on MyFitness Pal again

Hello. I'm just starting to enter my food and exercise. I'm having difficulty logging my water aerobics. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, and welcome!
I'm almost 70, but I've been doing this for almost 10 years, most of first year losing weight, maintenance since.
In the cardiovascular section of the MFP exercise database, I'm seeing an exercise named "Water aerobics, water calisthenics". It doesn't look crazy high to me, so I think you could log it with that entry, using the number of minutes in the whole session. If for some reason you took a long break, I'd maybe subtract those minutes, but not worry about short rests that may've happened.
