New to community
Been working on weight loss for a year, lost over 50 lbs. I am15 pounds from my goal. Been tracking my diet for 4 months and generally keep within my calorie goals. Love to walk and plan on getting into biking. Have two good bikes, a road bike and a hybrid. Also enjoy the gym. Looking forward to hiking this year.

Do I need to eat more calories when I do strength training?
I’ve recently started adding strength training to my workout routine. I do 3 X 1 hour strength training sessions a week plus 3 X 30 minute cardio sessions per week.

To lose weight, can you eat back the calories you burned during exercise?
