I’ve been using this app for a few years. I stepped on the scale today and I’ve lost a total of 108 pounds. I wish I could show a before and now picture! I still have more to lose. I weigh 217 now and would like to get to at least 160. This app has helped A LOT!!!!

Old dog, new tricks
I resolved to lose weight about two years ago. With the help of Noom I lost 55 lbs. I started to take Pilates lessons, walked more, and reduced my A1C from 7.2 to 6.0. I’m diabetic 2. I gained about 10 lbs back and want to lose it and then some more. Being diabetic makes food choices more complex.

Been working on weight loss for a year, lost over 50 lbs. I am15 pounds from my goal. Been tracking my diet for 4 months and generally keep within my calorie goals.
