Are calories burnt walking accurate?
I put into the app that I did 130 mins of walking at a slow pace today and it’s calculated I’ve burnt nearly 500 calories. This seems very high. Is it accurate?

What's my Activity Level?
So going off descriptions, I am Not Very active as I sit at a desk most days. But I don't see a place to input how much exercise I am doing throughout the day as I am going out for walks at minimum twice a day for 10-15 minutes. But I can also be more active either in quantity of walks or duration

Exercise in September 2024
Everybody is welcome to post here if you need a little extra motivation. September 1: my regular stretching routine, 25 minutes September 2: the same, 24 minutes September 3: again early morning stretching routine, 22 minutes. I don’t add my work to exercise although it adds a lot to my calorie burn.

Why does My Fitness Pal use a projection of daily exercise instead of real-time?
I am more active in the mornings with cardio and strength exercise. It seems like MyFitness Pal projects a whole day's exercise calories based on my early morning activities with my Fitbit Versa4 and then throughout the day it adjusts downward to my actual exercise calories. Is exercise added to the calorie goal?
I put in my information and, assuming its all correct as ill question the numbers separate from this question, I have a calorie goal of 1680. If i then do 45 mins of walking cardio at 3.5mph and I burn 240 calories. Does my calorie intake goal then go up to 1920? I do 45mins of this cardio 6 days a week... so essentially…
