Managing Custom Goals for Changing Training Days

Hey everyone,

I have two custom goals set up in MyFitnessPal—one for non-training days and one for training days. However, sometimes I can’t train on my planned training days due to other commitments.

In this case, should I edit my existing custom training day goal each time, or is it better to create a new custom (second)goal for more flexibility? What’s the best way to manage this without having to manually adjust things too often?
