Getting fit!

Hi all I'm a 45 year old caregiver to my special needs daughter and disabled spouse. I also go to school online. How can I fit exercise into my day? I'm always so tired 😫 Also need a buddy to help keep me on track

Hello Tanya. It sounds like you are overloaded. I am disabled. Getting out and exercising doesn't work for me so I move while I am at the computer. my legs are usually in constant motion. You can also try a walking desk. But mostly, focus on your eating. Exercise is helpful but where you will gain/lose weight is on your diet (the way you eat). Is it possible to reexamine your tasks, simple ones let your spouse handle if they can. I am disabled but that doesn't mean I have zero ability. Also look for outside help, family and such. Even if it's just to give you 10 minutes of you time here and there.
Good luck.
