Frustrated
I have improved my diet, eat less than what I used to and cant lose weight. Dietician says that my less than 1 lb a month weight loss is good! Since Jan i have lost less than 5 lbs. My cholesterol is higher than it should be it was improving in May and despite eating little foods with cholesterol my cholesterol went up! Iā¦

Started my weight loss journey at 255 on January 1st. Weighed in this last week at 188! I was sedentary and eating and drinking empty calories, I had to rewire my brain to view food as fuel and not just for cravings.
