I have dabbled with MFP in the past. I need to get serious which includes

Healthier food choices - Incorporating some exercise into my life - De-stressing - relaxing - losing weight - Getting a better balance of my Type1 diabetes- generally looking after me better and my family.

I’ve been Type1 diabetic for 52 years. I’m on a hybrid closed loop insulin pump with Dexcom G6.

I’m 61. I work 3 days a week. I put things off and procrastinate a lot. I’ve become a little bit too lazy for my liking - health.

I eat too much sweet stuff. I say ‘I’ll start tomorrow’ a lot!!
