I'm in. Not sure yet if I'm going to track steps or miles. Steps might be better as I don't trust my phone to accurately count distance.

Thanks for the new month Jeanne, much obliged! As usual, I'm just counting morning (indoor) exercise minutes, not what I do later in the day (mostly rowing or walking) Accountability helps!

July 1st……. 4.00 Walking miles & Steps. Doggie walk & steps moving back & forth doing yard work & getting ready to paint! That is IF it ever quits raining! 🤪

I’m currently in the 100 day challenge. A daily walk and minimum 5 days exercise per week are already pretty solid habits. Where I could use improvement is walking throughout the day. My FitBit tracks whether I get 250 steps every hour from 9am to 7pm. I think for this challenge, I’d like to bring up my average of number of hours I get 250 steps throughout the day. Ultimate goal would be 10/10 7 days a week. In 2025, the highest I've gotten is 2 10/10 in one week. For July, I’ll make a goal of getting 3 days per week with 10/10. I find smaller steps to an ultimate goal work better for me.
