    I got 4 days this week with 10/10 hours with 250+ steps. My goal was 3 days.

    I found it is pretty easy to get 10/10, but I have to think about it all throughout the day.

    I also found, if I missed an hour, then I stopped trying for the rest of the day. —> That is not the desired outcome. To combat that, I might rethink how I structure my goal.

    I’ve thought about my goal. I’ll make it two pronged:

    1. 3/10 days with 250+ steps
    2. Increase average hours with 250+ steps per week —> Increase YTD average by 0.1 per week

    I have 15,000 steps left to hit the goal and ~10 hours for riding!! It is going to be close for riding.

    Tuesday Steps 8K

    Our 2 new house doors are in and we are thrilled. Now the cleanup.

    Also, the wait is over 😋 My neighbor brought me 3 huge Zucchinis enough to make 8 loaves 🙌 🥳 I shredded it and made 2 loaves. It was well received by DH and the construction crew.

    Froze the rest for my smoothies and more bread.

    I hit my goal for steps for the month at ~125,000 now!!! It is time to get closer on Cycling, I am currently at ~15 hours so I need to get ~10 more hours in the next 8 days… I don't think I am going to hit it, but I am going to try!
