    Trying to get more walking in. Not sure today but as good day to start! Even early morning at 72 & high heat index I was soaking wet when I got home. STILL that particular walk gave me 3.50 soaking wet g wet miles! 🥵

    Thanks, my body this morning told me to go out, I went out slower and softer for a recovery ride. Got to listen to the legs most of the time, except when going hard then I tell my legs to shut up! lol Have a great day!

    Went out for a long recovery ride, only broke 300 watts once, so it was a good recovery ride for about 90%. Happy Weekend

    I don't think I am going to make 25 hours, but I am did really good, I have ridden over 350 miles, and I feel great! Going to try to make it 90 minutes today and tomorrow.

    I took dog for walk early morning. Then off to do grocery shopping. Home & prepared lunch. Rested a bit. Mowed the front yard lawn. Had my shower so now I’m resting rest of evening!

    Heat index was HIGH past 5 days but weatherman promising a bit cooler with lower index coming. YAY
