MY PERSONAL Goal will be 100 walking miles. This will be walking as well as push mowing steps for August!

After a successful July! I don't know if I hit my goal of 25 hours, but it will be within an hour. So I am dropping down to 24 hours I need to account for rest days. I think this should be a good goal! I am upping my step goal to 5000 a day, with no under.

Hi, my name is Deborah and this month I am working on getting up out of bed and moving. I am 74 with arthritis issues all over my body and other issues. Tired of letting these things stop me from moving. I will be doing seated exercising. My goal is to do 30 minutes of seated exercising everyday for the month of August.

Thanks to Jeannie's challenge💞 I've been around for a few years. I am 67 yrs young, 5'0” tall, female from Central Oregon.HW 165
GW 118-115CW 122-125, After a long while on this plateau, I'm expecting a weight release 🚣🏾♂️ 🥕🙌
For August Challenge I will track my daily steps, Daily Goal 10K .
I also do Strength Training 3X weekly (CrossFit gym or home workouts)
