    Thursday 9K

    Both days included unpacking, rebounding, shopping and chores.
    Tomorrow before the rain ☔️ we need to get the lawn mowed and weeded.
    Next week it’s back to the gym 👍💕

    Thanks for the support @200karen! Been 🚣‍♀️ing 🏃‍♀️ing, or ⛸️ing almost every day but they don't count toward morning workout minutes! I may have to invent a 10 minute category starting next month😁

    I've discovered a new YouTube series "Move with K"…easy but varied exercises (your choice of weight #s) in 10, 20 or 30 minute videos. Good for when I get bored of my usual routines.
