Water Add-ins

Hello!
I’m not the biggest fan of plain water (I know, I know…) so I’m looking for natural ways to mix it up aside from just lemon.
Anyone have something they love? 😊
Thanks in advance!

I juice watermelon and freeze cubes in ice trays. This can go for any fruit you like. After frozen put the cubes in ziplock bags, store in the freezer and makes for easy add in to your water bottle. Hope this helps 😁

I like plain water, but do like to jazz it up a bit sometimes. I like to put a pitcher of water in the fridge with cucumber and lemon slices (or a splash of lemon juice if that’s what you have on hand). Another thing I do is get a variety pack of various fruit teas and just put a tea bag in the bottom of my water bottle. The first bottle or two are strong like iced tea, but is just as tasty as the flavor fades a bit. The bottle I most often use for the tea trick is a 24 oz Owala with plenty of ice (for an idea of proportions).

I don't know whether you'd count it as natural, but some types of extracts and bitters contain all-natural ingredients. Personally, not being sweets-centric, I like bitters a lot as a water add-in, particularly in sparkling water. They come in lots of different flavors. They're expensive per bottle, but it only takes a few drops to flavor a whole glass/bottle of water, so the per-serving cost is reasonable.
I also like cold matcha tea, though I still add a wedge of lemon or lime.
One thing I started doing during the pandemic to reduce shopping trips, but still do now because it's a big convenience: I buy lemons and limes, cut the size wedges I want, then fill a tempered glass dish (such as Pyrex) that has a snap-on plastic top, and put them in the freezer. They stick together a little, but are pretty easy to separate with a fork or knife as long as loosely packed. They melt quickly and flavor the drink, even if the drink is iced.

I also add a tea bag to my ice water bottle. I typically use bottles with straws and a tea bag with a string. That way the tea bag lasts longer and doesn't bug me as I'm drinking. Lately I've been a fan of decaf blank tea.

Buy flaovoured electrolyte poweder. Gives you a subtle taste to the water and funny enough hydrates you more than just drinking water.
