In response to your post about skipping breakfast, I used to be the same way until learning how to lose weight without going hungry and workingout constantly.
Now I force myself to eat virtually anything within 30 minutes of waking everyday.
I was told this is like turning on my metabolism for the day and the more hours its running the more fat I burn. Skipping snacks and meals shifts it into neutral which stores carbs and fats for survival rather than burning for energy and muscle building.
So eggs or oatmeal, beans, yogurt fruit or cereal whatever, at least 15-30g of protein every day keeps me from eating garbage all day and the lbs disappear like 2-3 per week! And im never hungry. Hope this helps, I have no other motivation than to ahare what has worked for me after a life of obesity and yo-yo weight problems. When I don't do this, i get fat.
