    Jerky, hard boiled egg, plain Greek yogurt with berries or other lower-sugar flavoring (I especially like it with frozen berries and some peanut butter powder mixed into the yogurt), Greek yogurt plus seasonings as a dip for lower-sugar veggies, hummus with lower-sugar veggies, cucumber and sweet onions sliced with a seasoned plain Greek yogurt or vinaigrette dressing as a salad, cottage cheese with veggies chopped up in it, . . . .

    I'd have fruit of almost any kind, but you said low sugar. If you didn't mean basement-low sugar, then fruit for sure would be on the list.

    Fruit is your BEST option. The warmer weather is on approach and a lot of fruit is in its season. Fruit is naturally sweet so it’s the best and healthiest way to eat something sweet. πŸŽπŸŠπŸ‘πŸπŸ’πŸ‰πŸ‡πŸπŸ₯

    when I set myself up for the day I am making an effort into eating fresh veggies and berries and having roasted red pepper hummus for dipping.

    Two Good Yogurt is keto friendly ..add some nuts or NuTrail , fresh berries to it

    blue diamond cocoa dusted almonds. 6 are like 40. 24 are like 160. low sugar with protein and healthy fats.

    Sugar or added sugar? But overall, it's every food that is not processed, thus the raw produce.
