Are active suggestions ever going to be considered?

I've submitted some from 2024 for using the food diary and for the general condition of the database that are still listed as active. The most bothersome are:

1) For search results, especially for those older items that I hadn't added, a method of showing whether I can use an item rather than going through checking its accuracy then finding I can't select it anyhow.

2) Adding an update date to any display of search results items; the date could then be incorporated into the sort of the results.
