TWO POUNDS A WEEK CHALLENGE FOR 12 WEEKS! WE CAN DO IT!

Sometimes a small challenge can be helpful. For the next 3 months, (12 weeks), let's join together with our focus on losing 2 pounds each week. This will total 24 pounds of weight loss. So, let's get started. Feel free to share your weight loss during the 3 month period and how you are doing it. Let's help each other and encourage all of us to reach our goal!

I am starting out at 241 for my beginning week of the 12 week challenge. I don't have a strict plan as of now, so any suggestions or ideas would be great. Best wishes to everyone. Let us know how you are doing!

I check in at 233.6 pounds today, but the amount is due mainly to water loss. I expect to show a gain when I weigh tomorrow. I still don't have a strict plan in place and I am really hungry right now. Not a good sign at all. It is a struggle and I am not confident right now. We shall see.

I start at 236 pounds today.Plan on eating fruits and vegetables and is planning on reducing processed and junk funds.Best of luck everyone on this journey

Fair warning, two pounds per week is a VERY aggressive goal. Please make sure you get adequate nutrition while doing this.
