😬😬😬I never could of lost 100 plus pounds without support!! 😀😀😀

I had stepped on the scale and saw 288 lbs!! I knew I was in bad shape, BUT!! I at once started to keep track of how much I was eating. I went down to 256, but I STALLED OUT!! After that, I started to regain, which I did NOT want!!
