    Hello and welcome!

It sounds like you have some pretty realistic goals. You probably have no idea how refreshing that is to read, when it's all to common to see post here from people wanting to lose 10kg by their wedding next month, or some such thing . . . and I'm only exaggerating a little, if at all. 😬

IMO and IME, this is a "slow and steady wins the race" kind of effort, not a quick project with an end date. As a bonus, a more sensible pace helps a person learn permanent new habits that make it easier to stay at a healthy weight long term, which many people find harder than losing in the first place.

I'm in year 9+ of maintaining a healthy weight, after just under a year of loss, and about 30 previous years of overweight/obesity.

The quality of life improvement is more than worth the effort it takes to get there, in my experience.

    Wishing you success!

    hello,

consistency is the key regarding activity. The most important thing is food-diet. I’ve made several dozen macro calculators for people I’ve trained and trained with. If you like I can help you with this. A good Q&A session would be great as well. Maybe we can work towards keeping each other motivated and learn from each other.
