Starting this journey again! I was much younger when I used this app Lol I’m much older now and trying to get the energy to keep things going to improve my health.

Ain’t no shame in starting over. what matters is you are starting. I feel you on the energy part. I’m 34 and just now getting serious about my health after dealing with diabetes and weight struggles for years. It’s not easy, but you’re not alone in this.

same over here! I was very successful with mfp in my 30’s but I’ll be turning 50 next year and perimenopause is making it rough to keep the weight off!

Here's an irony, from the perspective of a 69 y/o long-timer here, now in maintenance: Improving our health can help get the energy to keep things going to improve our health, IME.

It's a virtuous cycle of improvements, potentially. 😉

Just don't give up, instead keep chipping away in a positive direction patiently and persistently, with a realistic plan. Good things are likely to result.

I have maintained my weight for years until I was injured in an accident then my daughter passed away. A couple of tough years and 20 extra pounds, I am ready to get healthy.
