in Getting Started

guys i downloaded the app and had free trial but i actually never used it , and now it subscribed me into 1 year subscribtion but i don't need it , so how to cancel it abd refund money because it's mistake but i thought there were notification before end of free trial to remind me but nothing was sent to me and suddenly they charged me and it's a lot of money for me , please help me
