Increase in size

Stuck on a plateau
Iām 52 yr female. Started 9 weeks ago. 1200 calories. I do intermittent fasting, 16:8. I work out by riding stationary bike 4-5/ week. I track everything and drink my water 64+ oz. Fasting Timer. Countdown and End time.
My thoughts, besides counting up to the time for example 16hrs, could we have it cout down?16hrs to 0. Also since we use the current time to start it, can we have a time shown when it will be done. For example if a 16hr fast starts at 1:50pm on Tuesday the timer would show what time it will be 16hrs from then.

Fasted toggle button for certain meals
It would be beneficial to have an option next to each meal that indicates if you fasted through that particular meal. If you selected "fasted" it would be even more beneficial to reallocate those calories into the remaining meals.

So this is what I'm doing. I'm deciding to make a change for my health so I'm here for my grand babies! I am adding the 11000 steps walking to it or at least I'm going to try. How do you log a day of fasting?
My name is Karen. I just started using this app to track meals about a week ago and I came across my first challenge, which is how to log a day of fasting. I didnāt pre-plan the fast so when I went to the section that says to Plan a Fast, it doesnāt give an option to log a fast I started earlier in the day. Any thought? šā¦

Hello there! So Iām starting my journey about 2.5 weeks ago. First I was trying to go for loss of 1.5 pounds a week. I wasnāt happy gaining pounds within my second week even tho I was fine under the 3 pounds by 2nd week format. So. I can log intermittent fasting on my mobile app, but I cannot see on the desktop version. I also cannot export anything for intermittent fasting. This is very frustrating. I would add it to the desktop view and include in the reports.

Fitness for folks 50+
Well... I haven't logged my food consistently in a very long time. I'm now 54 years old. But I'm not just 54 years old. I'm 54 years old with young kids - one 1 year old and the other 3 years old.
