Hello, been doing this for about 3 months

I’m trying to lose 10 kg. Down 6 kg now. The last few kg have been slow to lose. Hoping that this will provide the strategy to keep the weight off. I’ve tried intermittent fasting but no luck. I’m still doing IF but need to control calories.

Intermittent fasting isn't magic. Calories still matter. If IF helps you feel happier at the necessary calorie level, then IF is worth it for the weight loss goal. Some people believe IF has other benefits, but you don't say whether you have other reasons to do it.
I'm wondering a bit what rate of loss you'd be satisfied with? With only a small number of pounds/kilos to go, relatively slow weight loss is a good idea. Researchers believe we can only metabolize a certain maximum number of calories from stored fat per pound of fat we have on our body. If we try to lose faster, we increase risk of losing unnecessarily, unhelpfully much muscle or other useful tissue alongside fat loss. The implication is that the closer to a healthy goal weight we are, the slower it's a good idea to lose.
When I got down to around 10 pounds (4.5 kilos) above goal, I was shooting for about half a pound (quarter kilo) per week. Sometimes that takes time to show up in the weight trend on the scale, though.
