How do you log a day of fasting?

My name is Karen. I just started using this app to track meals about a week ago and I came across my first challenge, which is how to log a day of fasting. I didn’t pre-plan the fast so when I went to the section that says to Plan a Fast, it doesn’t give an option to log a fast I started earlier in the day. Any thought? 💭 Thanks a bunch!
