I don't think so. I work out every day but then again 2 of those days are my easy workout days. I do weights 5 days a week and 2 days are a bit of cardio. As long as you're okay with it. Listen to your body.

My long term goal: I would like to get into female fitness model shape. I need to gain more muscle and lean out. Ultimately though, I would like to obtain a physique I've worked hard for and will enjoy for as long as I can.

I think the 12-15% looks good for men in those pictures. Bodyfat% look different on different bone structures and different fat/muscle ratios anyways :)
