Figure out your pace even if you are slow as a turtle as I am. I could barely run 30 secs. Now 5 weeks later I run 2 minutes at a time and am heading to week 3 my next run. I have a fitbit charge hr. Love it. I run 3x a week. I just hit track and then run. It has an autoset pick uo your activity if yiu want that. After 3 weeks of not even being able to complete week 1 day 1 of couch 2 5k. I was able to complete all the runs today even if I was terribly slow. It was exciting. Crossing my fingers I can pull it off 2 more days next week so I can move on to week 2.

I got high impact sports bras from old navy and love them. I haven't tried their maximum but it might be something to try in stores then jump up and down see if it works for you. Mapmyrun was my go to for ages. Definitely recommend. If you have your earbuds in it will announce your pace at each mile mark.

A weird one but my husband surprised me with kolaches for breakfast he brought my normal 3 which I usual scarf down in one go. I had 1 and put the other 2 away! It was so hard but I did it.

I can't answer from personal use as I am still trying to decide on mine. My mom has the charge and love and I know my sister uses the fit bit flex. They both rave about how they love it. I am looking into the surge or the recently announced fit bit blaze at the same time. Haha.

I do blogilatws at home while my son is at preschool. I could always feel it massively in my abs. I could hold my shoulders up finally by the end of her beginner 2.0 calendar. Because I had no core strength at the beggining. So it might be another option to switch it up.

I started with pop pilates by blogilates. It is online and you are laying down majority of the time. Noted. I was looking over this site several times trying to decide whether to try it or not. I will stick to my good old getting in the car going store to store for fitness clothes. Works well. No reason to mess with something that works for me I suppose. Haha. So many sites are iffy now a days.

I got a 2-n-1 it is an elliptical with a seat so you can do both. My only regret is buying the cheapest because the elliptical is hard for me. I had to buy new underwear and I can finally buy cute ones straight from the store!!! It may be weird but it made me soo happy to have cute one and not just the boring ones that most stores offer for bigger women.

There is a single song "push it to the limit" Corbin blue. And then I listen to stuff like zendaya or ellie goulding. Cant think of specific artist other than them since I like to the pop workout station on the milk app.

I was able to but a top 2 sizes smaller today and a pair or workout shorts 1 size smaller. Made my day complete and all this journey worth it so far.

Search up chair exercises. My mom does them because she has a hard time walking. Also maybe pilates. Most pilates videos you are laying on the floor or sitting. And any pushup or plank can be modified to knees.

Put on a shirt that use to be super tight. I use to have to literally suck in my stomach and squeeze to get it on. Only now to realized that it is loose in the stomach area and not hard to squeeze in at all.
