Rick & Morty Everybody should be watching Rick & Morty. At least trying it. It's incredible. If you're a fan of Futurama, Simpsons, Superjail, Archer, please do yourself a favor and watch it...it's so hilarious and intelligent..best new show recently, hands down!

Personally I really enjoy Catalina. Last time I bought it I got lite, but from now on I am getting full fat because it's better for the absorption of the vegetable's nutrients. I also like French, which is similar if you get the tangy variety. I think it tastes good on all different kinds of salads!

Walking is a common exercise choice for me. I walk on my lunch break every day. I sprinkle in weight training/biking/weighted aerobics because it's also important to maintain your muscle so you don't lose more than you have to, but I've lost 35 pounds with walking being my most common exercise. You should continue to…

Ever since I started walking on my lunch break, my coworker who delivers mail from the other building has started walking up to our building instead of driving. It feels good knowing that I made a positive impact!

iPhone 5S grey/black and I loooove it. I've always been an iPhone supporter, I think their products are fantastic quality and well worth the money.

These are both from my dad: "I heard on the radio if you want to lose weight you can never eat bread, pizza, pasta, cookies, or cake." Me: "dad you can still eat those things in moderation, calories are what matters" Dad: "No, the doctor on the radio said it, you won't lose weight if you eat those things" "You have to just…

Here's my favorite default fall-back meals when I don't make prior plans: Breakfast - multigrain waffle with natural peanut butter and drizzle of honey Lunch - grilled chicken spinach salad with chopped veggies, olives, feta cheese, and black beans for toppings Dinner - turkey rice bowl (my own recipe) made of ground…

I will also put in a vote for Shaklee. My mother and grandmother both drink them every day and while I don't drink it every day, I've tasted it and it's really not too bad. You just mix with water. Also Shaklee products are very high quality and for that you will pay a little more but I think their reputation is worth it.

About a month ago after I had hit a 25 lb loss my boyfriend called me into the office (which has adapted into the weight room as well lol). He handed me the 25 lb dumbbell and said "This is how much you've lost" and just holding it is heavy. It's amazing to see it in that perspective.

I just did the first weight increase for my strength training program. Also this morning I buckled my belt on the last hole. Woo!

My boyfriend and I started talking about getting married someday and I started browsing wedding dresses online for fun. I went straight to the plus size section and realized I would look bad no matter what kind of dress I got. I realized that I wasn't condemned to plus size clothing and for the first time in my life I…

I'm Amanda, I'm 22 and I started with 60 pounds to lose. I have 30 more left but I might end up going for more, depends on what I look like at my first goal. Anyone is welcome to add me, I'm always looking for more friends around my age with similar goals!

I've always been big and I thought it was all determined by genetics, so I didn't bother with being active or eating healthy. I grew up with access to junk food and I always just ate whatever I wanted for my entire life.

As far as pants go, I started at 210lbs in size 14 jeans. Now I am 178lbs in size 12. When I bought the 12's, I had lost around 25 lbs. I am now at a total 32lb loss and the 12s are still fitting just fine, so for me personally I think it will be at least another 20 before I can drop into 10's. As for t-shirts, I'll use…

Very well said! Also I'll admit I clicked on this because I thought it was going to be another ridiculous post full of myths. It's a relief to see that it was someone with actual legitimate words of wisdom, haha

Body weight exercises are great for strength/resistance training. I would also suggest getting some dumbbells and a resistance band and doing strength exercises with those at home. I do all my strength training at home because I can't afford the gym. I chose a variety of exercises from dumbbell-exercises.com and searched…

Hello! My name's Amanda, I'm 22. I've been on MFP for a few months but I'm always looking for people with similar goals. I started at 210 and my first goal weight is 150. Currently sitting at 178. Feel free to add me!

I eat 1,300 and I try not to eat back all my exercise calories but I do usually end up eating back some. I think it's important to ease into it. I started at 1,500 for my first few weeks then gradually bumped it down. That way my body adjusted to the reduced intake and I wasn't suddenly starving. For breakfast I usually…

I first started working out and watching what I eat about 3 weeks ago and I took a front and side picture on the first day. I really didn't want to, because if anyone ever saw it I think I would have a panic attack because I am very self conscious, but I am glad I did because the scale doesn't really tell that much. I have…

Thanks for all the advice everyone! I really appreciate it. I agree that only doing one meal instead of a whole day is better. It's enough to give you a taste of the foods you miss, but not enough to throw anything off while still keep your metabolism working.

For the bridesmaids/mother/grandmothers, I want to get a plain wood keepsake box, not to large, maybe 5x5x3 (LxWxH) or something in that range. Then get a wood burning tool (they are only about $10 on Amazon), get used to using it, then burn their name in the top of it and maybe a special message on the bottom if I'm…
