I missed it too. I was too busy watching some clown at the gym take a running start to get under the bar before he squatted.. and then he didn't even squat properly. Made me sad at first... and happy when I showed him up!

The difference with that thread is, she isn't purposefully doing it for attention. and she's trying to make her body better.. if she loses, then great.. but she isn't purposefully trying to gain. I don't think they look any younger then they are.. I mean, they may look a few years off but nothing significant. Also, I as a white chick, always get mistaken for younger then I am. A flat stomach with definition, comes from diet.. not exercise. You need to have a pretty low body fat before abs will show. That being said, you lost inches.. which is a good thing so close to your goal. Maybe try ditching Jillian and doing a different routine? It may make a difference for you.

Frankly, I don't think a laxative is necessary.. we all slip up. Drink extra water today, eat what you normally do, and your body will take care of the rest.

Honestly, MFP is set up for people to lose weight on diet alone. As long as you eat under your calorie goal, you should lose weight. So I'm assuming then that no, you don't have a chest strap HRM, which means it's crap. As someone else pointed out, chest straps go under the girls around your rib cage and stretch to fit that area. I suggest you return this one and buy one with a chest strap for the most accurate calorie estimation.

Do you have a sportline with or without the strap? If it's without, then it's no better then MFP or the machine. All though 85 calories for 12 minutes on the elliptical sounds about right depending on age, weight, height and current weight.

At an inch taller and 5 years older, I weigh 150 and I don't look fat at all. I've toyed with getting down to 140, but nothing further.
