Hi I had a bad day today at work, had to get rid of it not proud but only being honest (don't recommend) but did exercise hard and careful for rest of week. You are not on your own.

I prefer cross trainer can go as hard or slow as I want to but I do go out running

Make sure you log every thing that you eat and drink even if it's only a spoon full it all adds to the calories at the end of the day if you want to see your progress take photos once a month that will keep you inspired to carry on

Hi need to see exactly what you have eaten and how much because to gain 1bls of fat you need to have eaten an extra 500 cals a day so over the week that works out at 3,500 which is quite a lot if you follow a healthy eating plan

Hi your not on your own we've all been there at some point or other I have done both but find it much easier on MFP support from many people and the fact that you have to log every thing you eat make you think twice about it. You have to be honest with yourself.

Hi I agree as i'v been there myself many time you have to be on guard of what you eat all the time and keep up the exercise set youself a treat day enjoy it then get back on track the rest of the week hope that helps you are not alone
