*shrugs* I try to stay out of the red in the sugar and sodium categories. Carbs aren't really a worry for me yet, but I wouldn't want to go over on that either. Even then, I haven't worried unless it's been consistently hitting red (like my stupid sugar intake).

Just this last weigh in I lost almost 6lbs and I started my workout this week so I'm not going to weigh myself for two weeks while I build up a routine and get accustomed. Otherwise if I see the scale fluctuate too much I may be discouraged.

Usually the groups here have specific names to encourage certain people with similar interests or situations to group together. I hadn't found The John Connor Resistance though, so I guess this one works. :P

Depends on how hot you want it. I add jalapeno and serrano peppers when I want a kick. You can seed them so it isn't as spicy , but I usually go half and half. I'll also put diced tomatoes, white or green onions, cilantro, and lime juice. Very light on sea salt.

I chose 125 because of my height (5'2") and in relative to my sister's weight. She's about 1 inch taller and wighes about 120. She has no boobs though, and I want to keep mine.

I just dealt with this this morning, my boyfriend is going a different route in fitness and he saw my breakfast this morning and tried to tell me it wasn't enough. Since I've started changing my diet, I have lost about 8 pounds in four weeks. I don't exercise, but that doesn't mean I don't plan to. Without getting super explanatory, I believe that exercise is the part that boosts your metabolism from what it has been used to.

I have a different take, I won't get my second tattoo finished until I'm at goal weight because I believe the art needs to be accentuated by a healthy body. I don't think anyone wants to see my rolls as the art frame.

MFP doesn't reflect my total weight loss, since I started on March 13th. I've basically lost 8.2 lbs since starting, and I haven't started my exercise routine yet. I remember when I would practice in high school swim. When you would swim fifty yards, you would time yourself with the clock, and then work to lower the time. We were at least supposed to maintain a minute and twenty seconds or lower on 50 yds. Do the math per 50 and try to lower that time. Take 5 second breaks between…

@Amanda- I think that may have been your catalyst for thyroid problems if you think that, but that doesn't say everyone will have that. my mother and step father were nowhere near any type of soy in their diets and both of them have thyroid issues.

Jessica Alba is mine, I've always dug her work in Dark Angel and I've read somewhere that she's very aware of what she eats and her exercise. I'm on my cell so I don't have a photo to post but I will later. :)
