giving up is the LAST thing you want to do. Track your meals, every thing. There is something there that is making you plateau. Shake it up if you have to. Look back and see whats different. We all hit that wall eventually. Get out of your comfort zone of you have to. But don't give up.

I'm on level 2 day 3. I took off Friday, but went back at it again today. I see a difference in my arms, legs, butt, chest and belly. I haven't taken my measurements since I started but my clothes fit lose and I need a belt. Also had to go down a size in my bra. YIPEE

I quit 6 weeks ago today. Been "on a diet" since day one. Have lost a whoppin pound. But I will NEVER start smoking again. Congrats to all those who have quit. Keep it up.
