Whoo hoo it's finally Friday! Have a Surprise 65 B Day party for my Aunt on Saturday, so I get to see all my crazy cousins, It should be a good time! A small downward motion on the scale today is a win in my books. Have a great weekend everyone.

Was suppose to run today but my right calf is really bugging me. So I'm taking an extra rest day & will try running tomorrow! I know no pain, no gain. But I'm a wimp lol

@jkhoffe my Son was diagnosed in grade 1 (age 6) he is in grade 6 now (12 yrs old) and still on medication. It's a bumpy road you have ahead of you, to find the right type, and dosage that works for your daughter. If you have any questions or just need to talk, I'm here for you.

According to my fitbit, I was awake 11 times & restless 22 times. How? Thanx for info Amy! I downloaded the app on my cell then tried to connect, but it did not work. I'll try on desk top when I get home and see if that works! If not I guess I can just do program and see if it asked me to post work out, fingers crossed!

Mary go into groups, search Drop 20 by Easter 2015. Then on upper right hand side a green button will say Join group! I hope this helps if not let me know

Walked with my daughter selling Girl Guide cookies, door to door. 11157 steps! I'm not sure how to tell distance by that, but we walked for 5 hours! Oct 4,14
