Get in touch with the trainer on staff at PF. At the very least he/she should be able to show proper use of the machines and proper form with the dumbbells/freeweights and come up with at least a basic workout routine that fits your goals. Congrats on taking steps toward getting fit! ????

Count me in. Don't really need to lose but tone up and get strong. Been at it about 6 weeks now and it is slow going, but I am starting to see results. Yay!

If you're"squirrelly" about tossing or giving away your nicer clothes that no longer fit you can always try a consignment shop. Heck you might make enough from them to pay for part of your gym membership or a few containers of protein powder! Or buy some "new to you" clothes that fit...
