I was on vacation the week that this challenge started, and now being back to work makes me also feel drained when it comes time to exercise. Thank you Jaeone! :) I'm shocking myself everyday.. I've never kept up w/ a diet for this long, and to include as much exercise as I have is just blowing me away.. I'm thankful for the team and coaches we have! :)

Under Calories Over 8 glasses of water Completed: 1 minute bear walk, 100 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 50 split squats (I pushed myself to do 50 rather than the required 25), 3 mile walk (60min).

Week 1/Day 3 50 Crunches 50 Jumping Jacks 10 Glasses of water Under calories (I swapped out the Mountain Climbers for Jumping Jacks!) :) Hope that what you meant! LOL The rest of my normal workout consisted of 20 min on elliptical, and 35 min doing Wii Fit Plus Aerobics!

Pygmy Exercises Week 1/Day 2: 2 sets of 15 Swimmer Presses, 1 mile brisk walk DONE Bike ride w/ Hubby for 1 hour (moderate pace) Cleaned and Vacuumed my office.. lol no idea how many calories I may have burned doing that - but thought I'd add it in here! Drank 8 glasses of water Under calories So far so good! :)

I've decided to go w/ the Pygmy exercises. I've completed 30 squat kicks and 50 jumping jacks for today, along w/ the 3 minute bear walk! (So glad it was just me and my 3 yr old home today when I did the bear walk!) It was quite a site! I've also made sure to drink more than the required 8 glasses of water today! :)
