If you don't have a crock pot get one! they are perfect for people who don't like to cook and there are tons of crock pot recipes online and I'm sure on here aswell. You can buy any type of roast or chicken there are different marinades u can put on them you can do chicken or steak fajitas buy frozen already sliced peppers…

Today is my first day trying mfp out. I'm a pretty good motivator but when it comes to myself I slack a little lol sending u an add :smile:

Breakfast I make my own protien bars and they last all week and I contol what's in them like oats, dried cranberries,honey, 70% cocoa chocolate bar etc there are tons on recipes.
